Sunday, October 23, 2005 Today is the best day in the week. really had a fun, great and super nice day :)
btw, as i've promised, i'll post abt my results first la. Sorry arh, this post will be a bit long... not a bit actually. lol My results... some better than i've expected, some not so good. Well, something special abt this. U noe? i've been mugging hard for some papers... and for some, either i dun have the time to study or i dunno wat to study or nth to study. Not enoug time y? cos i last minute then decided to study. Anyway, for those papers tt i've mugged, i really studied till quite late lor. 12 am? 1 am? but dun think tt's v late, but it's quite. ya... i study, but nv pray. And for those papers tt either i no time to study/dunno wat to study/nth to study de, i prayed... cos i really dunno wat to do other than tt. hahas... and so, guess wat? One of the few cases... those papers tt i din studied, actually got better results then those papers tt i studied. In fact, those papers tt i've studied for actually got bordeline marks... 50 plus only. while those paper i din studied, i got high B3 and A2s... Amazing rite? haix... should have prayed for evry paper... ya, tt's wat i shud have did, and not depend on myself. Do u think i'm a bit kua zhang to say tt? dun believe arh... i tell u how much i got... Eng - B? forgot la, got B can le... but i think quite good!! hahas... i mean for my standard la, for u all think can score A la. but nvm... zhi1 zu2 jiu hao. hahas... one must learn to be contented. HCL - B3/high B4 think so... i can score better, but i was dozing off during Listening compre, only got 10/20, wasted. But nvm... lyk tt already v good. so stop complaining. Maths - well, i studied.... so the results is C6. 53/100! i think... not sure, but just pass only la. i almost drop into the maths failing gang. no la, jkjk... no such things in the class la. hahas... but i dun want to fail maths... how can i ever fail maths??!! So, nv fail means still got hope, cont to jia you and pray. Geog - 53/100 C6 well, i studied... with my notes and evrything... in church and at home till 12am. Din pray too... Science -forgot le. but u noe what? something maddening!! nucleus..i spell correctly, then teacher mark me wrong, btw, it's the correct ans. Then i approach the teacher, u noe wat she said? she said tt my "l" looks lyk an "i" wahh... eye nd check up or not? l and i is diff la, one got a dot on top, the other dun have, unless i write capital i, but impossible to have a capital i in the middle rite??!!!! haix... 1/2 a mark leh... think i got 53 1/2 . ya... 53 1/2 Art - A2... i din expect myself to get such high marks leh. it's lyk... i've already "concluded" tt friday (which is the day for art exam) is the failing day cos art n lit exam. yes, i prayed! Lit - din take note, but i got quite good la. din fail... still got 17s. hahas... think tt's all ba... so next time musn't forget abt relying on God. 不可依靠自己的聪明 forget where issit from le lah. but i think it's in Proverbs 3? ya... ard there la. hahas Today, i went out in the morning to meet huiwei @ J8 to buy bible for xinshyan. Then, she thinks tt the bible a bit ex, so we went to mount zion @ somerset. But the bible tt we've chosen is out of stock. So, we just look ard in the shop la. Then after a while, huiwei invited me to church. Then, it's a bit sudden la. Cos i din really expect it. Then i was wearing shorts... knee level. and my sandals. a bit improper la. But then she said nvm. so i went lor. oh ya, btw, her church is Hope Church... Somerset there. can check it out at www.hopesingapore.org.sg her service start at ard 3.00pm. At tt time it's ard 1 plus. So, we waited at the mrt station for her frens. her frens also from my sch de la. Just tt we dunno each other. Now, i got 2 new frens. Then, we pei her frens to have lunch cos we eat le, they haven. Anyway, i dunno where to put this sentence la, but just slot it in here can le. Throughout the whole day, huiwei n her frens, clara n Joanne esp, r v funny. hahas... we met her other church frens. noe abt 5 ppl IN TOTAL. we reach the church le. before we reach the church, i din realise tt we r actually quite near to the church cos we walked into a shopping centre, then go up the stairs then i realised tt. hahas... wonder if they r linked. nvm. hahas Well, i really enjoyed myself during the service. I got a deeper understanding of the tabernacle. Last time, i really had a hard time reading thru the first few books... dun understand wat they toking abt at all lor. i mean the buildling of the tabernacle etc. But now, i da gai da gai noe how does a tabernacle look lyk and the meaning of those things inside. as in rep wat and so on lor. hahas... shall write it in a notebook. hehe... erm.. tt's not all of the sermon la. if u want to noe more, can come find me. hehe.. cos i da gai understand. 85%-90% have la.. hahas Then after that we had praise before we leave la. Tell u what. This is the first time i ever jump during praise!! hehe... yes! all my life! the song is "Need You In My Life". I din tot of wanting to jump de. hahas... but the girl beside me... erm... wat's her name arh... oh ya! Joanne. Cos i remember tt she told me she got a "twin" hahas... cos got same name as huiwei's fren, schmate i mean. She was beside me. Then she asked me "u want to jump?" Then i just nod me head lor. and yes! i did it. hahas... Finally!! It's really shiok! hahas... dunno how to say la. It's not a matter tt the musc is nice, then i jump then shiok all tt. it's not. anyway, the music is lyk xi guan liao. hahas.. i got tt in my playlist. so... dun really affect much. But anyway, yes yes yes!! i did it!! at first when we just went in, when we were having praise songs, huiwei is on my right ma. the left no one occupied yet. later hannah and joanne then sit there. then i saw huiwei jumping. i noe, jumping is not something i've nv seen b4 during praise. clement they all also got jump b4 ma. but the thing is, huiwei is lyk jumping... and she jump really high de leh... not lyk ur feet just leave the ground a few cm tt kind. i was lyk... looking in front and i can see something beside me going up and down up and down. hahas... kinda distracted. cos nv see ppl jump till tt high during praise b4. hahas... Anyway, throughout the whole service, during dinner and after dinner, i can really feel the warmth tt huiwei felt and tt makes her receive christ. ok, let me tell u how they did it... during the service, after the praise and worship, evryone just stood up and evryone ard me is just lyk waiting for me to shake their hands ("so honoured"... dun crap la). And evryone just asked what's my name and my sch. eh, not only ppl ard me leh... it's lyk... the whole role behind me and the whole role in front of me and the role where i'm sitting at. oh well, their church got lotsa ppl, can't expect them to all come and shake rite? if not the pastor no nd preach le. eh, tt really makes a diff leh. rather than sitting there the whole service n it's lyk no one noes ur existance. And they not only shake hands... they still got a smile on their face... looks really natural. hahas... Then during dinner... hannah... er wait. let me tell u something b4 i forgot first... got a few or abt 8?? (cos i remember huiwei telling me tt her care grp is divided by schools de and got 8 members including leader in there) ya, hannah, my senior, i saw her b4, she din saw me b4 in sch, nvm... hannah, she asked me wat i want to order, i told her dunno then she ask if i'm going to eat and then i say yes, then she ask wat i want then i say dunno then she ask if i'm going to eat or not and i say yes... lol... anyway, it stops here le. i mean the asking thing. then she recommended a few to me. but then later when she brought me ard while recommending, the first one she mentioned is chicken rice and it's quite near frm where we r, and i just v sui bian said i'm ordering chicken rice. Well, got recommendations de... and even brought me ard, not bad. Then later, even better. When all of us sat down and hav our dinner. I think she asked huiwei wat drinks do i drink. well, of cos ask huiwei la, if not who. though she's not tt close to me, but counted as closest le cos huiwei v quiet or i shud say cool in sch. hahas... then huiwei remembered tt i had ice lemon tea when i was having lunch with her at KFC (cos nth to drink le and i dun want hot drinks and gassy(is this rite? nvm, understand jiu can le) drinks, so i bought tt lor) then i think huiwei remembered tt and she told hannah tt i drink ice lemon tea de. then hannah walked away. at tt time, i was wondering where she's going la. cos she haven finish her dinner yet ma. then after a while, i just saw a hand and a cup in front of me. well... her hand la. then when i turned back (btw, it's only i turned back then i noe it's her), she jus said "this is for u" not bad wor.... hahas...eh, really la. tt shows if u have the initiative or not. then after dinner... let me update the no. of frens i noe... though i dun remember all of the names... got june, grace, hannah, joanne, joanne again, clara, forgot, forgot, aiya!lyk tt how to name!! anyway, i think todya i noe at least 10 frens. hahas.. not bad wor... but during the last year uth camp, i yi ci guo remember all of their names... though got mixed up by sl and shy. they look alike. hahas anyway, after dinner all of them tried real hard to make me tok as long as possible. hahas... esp joanne, the one who asked me to jump. cos she asked if i'm a quiet person... hehe.. but no actually. Well, really had a good time la. i mean great. hahas... really got entertained. esp by huiwei, clara and joanne. hahas... cos i hanged out with them almost the whole day. they r funny. during the train when they were asking each other wat's the brand of their shirt ( i think, not interested), they, as in joanne (hw's fren), huiwei and hannah. then they got giordano, (still got another "no", forget le), then huiwei's is i dunno. lol... v funny la. still got the watch thing, tmr i play with u all. hahas... by hw, cos of my broken english. as in the sentence... i put the first part at the back n vice versa. not i put one la, just tt she only heard the back part, so i just repeat the first part. I think only till now then i know huiwei. as in her personality and so on. b4 tt, i just noe her by name and face. hahas... i always tot tt she's cool not cos of her appearance, but cos of how she behaved in sch. she's guai la, din break sch rules. a good christian too. but now, i realised tt, she's not really tt cool. hahas... glad to noe this sister more. maybe in the next year or watsoever, we can join hands and reach out to our classmates who hav not receive christ yet. hahas... Joanne (the one who asked me to jump), some sort of inviting me again... but i told her... not sure... cos it's lyk... if i kip going there, as in continuously... my mother would think tt i'm hopping church. anyway, she ordy think tt i'm hopping church when i asked her. Next time ba, when i'm totally free. cos today i actually have badminton training de, but i some sort of pon. can't reallly say tt la. but also can put it tt way. aiya! nvm la. who cares. I hope tt our church can become lyk wat i saw today... esp the warm welcome n the praise thing. Really... really... had a great time. I thank God for tt... I knew tt God really has something for me in the later part of the day when i was invited to hw's church. the sermon, the frens, the great time... and thanks huiwei for inviting me. now, i understand wat u meant by the warmth tt attracted u to christ... sounds lyk i'm going to hop church rite? no la. hahas.. just felt tt i've a great day. :) How great would tt be, if evryday is a great day... but impossible... hmm.. can't say impossible, but depends on how u look at things... WX

other paths <--UthNity--> prayer list - When i'm at Ipoh...- Pray that i'll be able to slp well when i'm in Ipoh. It's really too terrible le. seriously. If i tell u the story, it will sound lyk ghost story. - Pray that I can have the time for my quiet time. cos i noe tt it's v unlikely to have my quiet time there la. they kip going out n my dad will go in n out of the room. - Safety... haha. i seriously dun wanna get myself injured. really!! my tournament is coming le. so ya. - Badminton Tournament (starting frm next thurs) - Safety again... - Take the game seriously. erm... seriously, i'm nt hoping to win, cos... tell u another time, nt tt... erm... wateva la!
