The first time... I heard my hand cracked so loudly...
Just now, when i was having my taekwondo training, when i was doing my pattern, under sir's command, while waiting for sir to give the command so that we can go on to the next step, then he came up to me from the back then press my fist hardly... "crack" and it goes lyk this
lol... very loud lor... he did this to a lot of us then u noe wat he said?
he said "woah... so loud!" lol
hahas... nvm la, not pain anyway, quite shiok... hahas...
cool! so loud! hahas
Tomorrow will be a bz day again...
morning go guitar lesson, straightaway go J8 and buy bible with huiwei... then go home for awhile, then go church... hehe
nice saturday
at least no time is wasted on games and tv!! yeah
thank God
Anyway, i stink now, u wanna come and smell? hahas... sweat a lot... as if raining lyk tt... lol... the training today quite tough... as in today the "topic" is speed... once we lost it, we have to do it over and over again... so, i v sweaty... hahas
Speed rite? then push up position, all of us already tried our best for the fastest speed we can get liao.. so, me too...
So, i just fall to the ground... now my knee very pain... got blue black liao... hahas

prayer list

- When i'm at Ipoh...
- Pray that i'll be able to slp well when i'm in Ipoh. It's really too terrible le. seriously. If i tell u the story, it will sound lyk ghost story.
- Pray that I can have the time for my quiet time. cos i noe tt it's v unlikely to have my quiet time there la. they kip going out n my dad will go in n out of the room.
- Safety... haha. i seriously dun wanna get myself injured. really!! my tournament is coming le. so ya.
- Badminton Tournament (starting frm next thurs) - Safety again... - Take the game seriously. erm... seriously, i'm nt hoping to win, cos... tell u another time, nt tt... erm... wateva la!
