Thursday, June 02, 2005 I'm back home now after 7 hours in front of the school's computer. Erm...not really 7 hours in front of the computer. let me see...we were let off at abt 3.30, so half an hour lesser. 15 mins break, left...6hrs15mins. then lunch break 1 hour 20 mins(he very generous hor?), left...4hours 55 mins. hahas...Well, not as bad as i tot, in fact i love it. How i wish tat I can hav such software on my comp. the software is called "Soundforge Acid"...if i'm not wrong. It's so cool! This helps to fufill my dream...of composing a song. Well, tis is done by using this software, of cos, on the comp. lah! Then hor, it's quite easy lor. It seems difficult cos of the "dunno wat", but it's actually easy and u can compose quite fast lah...to me, it's quite fast. Hey, i din say i'm pro or wateva k? what i mean is tat cos I jus click on any file(containing sounds made by instruments) tat i lyk and i just select them. Then i juz c whether it match or not. So, it's considered fast to me lah. But if it's someone hu already has something or effect tt he wants on mind, tt person will nd a longer time lor. oh! forgot to giv credit to the teacher...hahas. The teacher is a male 1, last time is a music teacher, teacher in charge of band, but now no cos he went for further studies. I think his name is mr sam? think so bah...din manage to catch his name. I considered him as quite pro lah.. cos no one teach him how to use this de leh, he go and play play play himself and found out evrything...not really everything lah...some things he has not find out yet. yup!
Let me tell u the process tt i've gone through...as in in the midst of composing lah! at the starting, well, it's quite ok for me. then after the teacher come and try out my song, i'm a bit stuck lah. Cos, he said tat the whole piece of my song is lyk evrything melody, no rhythm, as in not really "violence" enough lah. cos he said if i dun do tis, i'll be stucked halfway lor, cos i won't noe how to cont. de. and maybe the "audience" will b bored lah. So, i tried to follow what he said. I found a "drum" tt i lyked. then he said still not enough. But i cannot find anymorei lyk le lah. So, i "diedie" go and forced myself to lyk some instruments tt can hear the rhythms de lah...but then still cannot. So, i juz match those instruments up lah. The diff. part is tt not evrything u match hor is nice de leh...lyk u anyhow play something on the piano hor...dun match then not nice...it's the same lah. So, me and my fren listen to each other de and giv comments lor. yup! very fun! But my ears a bit pain lah...dunno y. Some sounds arh, make my ears very painful and uncomfortable. maybe i'm not used to using a headphone bah...cos i seldom listen to pop songs de...or rather using the headphones lah. Either i listen to them at home or i dun lor. Anyway, tmr i'll cont. to compose. the time is shorter lah and i'm very scared i can't finish composing cos tmr the last part le lor. i dun 1 to finish my first composing without an "official" ending. yup! if really lyk tt, it's really a pity lor...sad...:( btw, i'm going to save it in a disc tmr. If got chance, i let u all listen to it k? but depends whether can be saved or not lah. The teacher wld b helping us to burn out lah...so, i dun think i've to worry much. Not my business now, it's God's and the teacher's. hahas... let me warn u first hor...the first part u may find it good( not i say i compose de good arh...i mean better), the behind 1...i dunno hor. cos i haven't compose yet and time is running short so, i may have to rush through. hahas. Pray for me tat i can finish it nicely, k? the reason is, no.1, I'll have a sense of satisfaction. No.2, u all can enjoy "nice" music. hahas WX

other paths <--UthNity--> prayer list - When i'm at Ipoh...- Pray that i'll be able to slp well when i'm in Ipoh. It's really too terrible le. seriously.
